Records management is a complex profession where you are required to ensure proper file management for ease of retrieval. file management needs both good records management training as well as experience to be able to foresee the forthcoming problems and future advancements in terms of technology and the expansion of the organization. it is for this reason therefore that i propose that the best file management system that can be used can either be Alpha-numeric or purely numerical system.
